CompTIA A+ certified

I have earned my CompTIA A+ certification. It wasn't easy, there is such a broad range of topics to cover, but I'm glad I did because I feel like studying for these tests has helped to fill in gaps of my foundational technology knowledge that I've had for years.

Hopefully this is just the first step on an interesting and rewarding Cybersecurity career!

  I decided I needed to get some practice with Active Directory, so I decided to deploy a virtual environment and set up an instance on Server 2019. This is not intended as a step by step guide, this is just a few moments that I found interesting. I used my Win10Pro and Server2019 ISOs like usual, and for the server VM I set it to have 2 NIC card. One left as NAT to access the internet, and one set to internal to communicate with the Win10 VM, which I set to only communicate on an internal NIC.  I checked the IPv4 addresses of the two NIC adapters, one of them had an external gateway of 10.0.2.15, while the other had an internal IP of 169.254.10.2, an APIPA address. I set this one to have a static IP of 172.16.0.1, and the DNS to the same thing.
